Mung bean cake is one of the traditional special cakes, it is a refreshing snack. I used to buy ready-made mung bean cakes to eat. This time everyone made mung bean cakes by hand under the guidance of the teacher. The teacher patiently explained the ingredients for making mung bean cakes and how to deal with mung beans so that the mung beans turn into masses of fragrant mung bean paste. Put a ball of mung bean paste in the mold, and press the mung bean paste in the mold to flatten it. After careful production, the mung bean cakes with delicious colors and flavors are displayed in front of everyone. The content of this entertaining activity has been well received by the employees.
